Guest Policy – Up to 3 guests are permitted to play with a member Tuesday – Friday and after 12pm on Saturday & Sunday.  One guest per member is allowed Saturday – Sunday before 12pm.  The same guest may not play more than 1 time per month regardless of which member they play with.  Members guests must register in the Pro Shop

Cart Rules –  Carts must always exit the fairway at the signs located in the fairway.  Exit DIRECTLY to the cart path.  The conditions of the day will be communicated by the Pro Shop as well as signs posted in each cart. There is 1of 2 cart rules in effect at all times.  They are:

Cart Path Only – This rule is in effect during wet conditions.  Carts are required to be on the paths at all times during this condition.

Fairways Only – This rule is in effect during normal play conditions. Carts must stay in the fairway at all times except to enter and exit the fairway.  DO NOT drive in the rough in a continuous manner.  If you are looking for a ball in the rough, the cart must remain parked in the fairway.

Handicap Flags – Flags will be issued to individuals that have a state registered vehicle handicap permit. Flagged carts will be permitted limited access to the fairways during wet conditions.  There will be times during very wet conditions that handicap flags will not be issued.  These conditions are considered a “temporary condition” and access to the fairways will not be permitted.  A waiver and rules of cart operation under “flagged carts” will be issued by the Pro Shop and must be signed by the driver of the cart.

Pace of Play -   The ideal Pace of Play for 18 holes of golf is 4 hours.  Early tee times of the day may be required to play at a pace that is faster than 4 hours. Play at a steady Pace at all times.  It is much more important to maintain the Pace with the group AHEAD of you as opposed to staying ahead of the group behind you!

At times the course will be monitored. If your group should fall behind in Pace, you will be asked to move along.  Your respect for the Course Official and your fellow members behind you will be expected.  Warnings will be given to groups that continue to be behind the Pace of the course.  Habitual offenders may lose the privilege of preferred early tee times.
